В рамках уголовного дела, возбужденного по ч.2 ст. 205.2 УК РФ (Публичное оправдание терроризма, опубликованное в сети), следствием установлено, что житель города Елизово в Telegram высказывался в поддержку украинского праворадикального движения и, в частности, в отношении одного из его участников, принимавшего участие в боевых действиях на стороне Украины.
