Статистику можно посмотреть нажав на три точки в окне с описанием чата.
Для открытия окна с описанием, жмем по верхней части чата с названием канала/группы.
P.S. Статистику можно посмотреть только у своих чатов на компьютере в Telegram с количеством участников более 50 человек.
