Председатель ГД Вячеслав Володин отметил: к парламентариям пришло понимание того, что «раз у депутатов появились полномочия назначать министров и премьеров, значит должны отвечать и за итог их работы».
Спикер Госдумы подчеркнул, что, говоря о принятии законопроектов, связанных с СВО, все вопросы решались и «решаются солидарно, не взирая на партийный билет».
