🔷کمانی(رئیس ساتبا) هدف از انعقاد این تفاهم‌نامه را استفاده از ظرفیت‌ها و توان‌بخش غیردولتی در زمینه کمک به افزایش ظرفیت برق در شهرک‌ها و نواحی صنعتی و مناطق ویژه اقتصادی، ارتقا کیفیت آن و همچنین ترویج بهره‌مندی از انرژی پاک از طریق منابع تجدیدپذیر عنوان کرد.
🔶برنامه‌ریزی برای تأمین یک هزار مگاوات نیروگاه تجدیدپذیر از طریق استفاده از فضای سقف مستحدثات واحدهای صنعتی موجود (در قالب خرید تضمینی برق نیروگاه‌های انشعابی کمتر از ۲۰۰ کیلووات) ظرف مدت ۲ سال. برنامه‌ریزی برای تأمین ۳ هزار مگاوات نیروگاه تجدیدپذیر با ظرفیت بالاتر از ۲۰۰ کیلووات در قالب روش‌های خرید استفاده از ظرفیت ماده ۱۲ و جمع سپاری از طریق استفاده از ظرفیت شهرک‌ها و نواحی صنعتی و مناطق ویژه اقتصادی موجود، توسعه شهرک‌ها و نواحی صنعتی موجود و ایجاد شهرک‌ها و نواحی صنعتی تخصصی انرژی تجدید پذیر ظرف مدت ۴ سال ازجمله اهداف این تفاهم‌نامه است.
