سفارت افغانستان در تهران از آغاز فرایند صدور گذرنامه الکترونیکی (پاسپورت) برای دانشجویان دارای تذکره الکترونیکی خبر داد.
بنابر اعلام سفارت افغانستان، تمامی دانشجویانی که پیش‌تر سند رفت و برگشت ویژه دانشجویان را از این سفارت دریافت کرده‌اند، می‌توانند پس از اخذ شناسنامه الکترونیکی (تذکره) و بازگشت از افغانستان، جهت دریافت گذرنامه الکترونیکی (پاسپورت) به این سفارت مراجعه کنند. @esteqlaltv

Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
