Сегодня состоялось торжественное открытие памятника князю Игорю в Станице Луганской, поврежденного более чем на 70% в результате обстрелов со стороны ВСУ. Восстановлением памятника занималось Российское военно-историческое общество.
В церемонии открытия приняли участие первый зам. руководителя администрации президента РФ С.В. Кириенко, помощник президента РФ В.Р. Мединский и ВРИО главы ЛНР Л.И. Пасечник.

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
