- سيسمح للنازحين داخليًا المشاة بالعودة شمالًا دون حمل السلاح ودون تفتيش عبر شارع الرشيد، مع حرية التنقل بين جنوب قطاع غزة وشماله.
- سيتم السماح للمركبات (على اختلاف أنواعها) بالعودة شمال محور نتساريم بعد فحص المركبات.
- في اليوم 22 للاتفاق.. سيسمح للنازحين داخليا المشاة بالعودة شمالًا من شارع صلاح الدين دون تفتيش.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
