سأل أحد الفضلاء، في بداية جلسة الليلة، وقال: نجد موارد ـ مثل إرضاع الكبير ـ تنسب إلى بعض زوجات النبي صلى الله عليه وآله في كتب العامّة ولكن لا نجدها في كتبنا، هل يجوز نسبتها إليهنّ، وهل يشمل قاعدة الإلزام إيّاها؟
أجاب سماحة المرجع الشيرازي دام ظله: قاعدة الإلزام هي في أحكام ليست صحيحة واقعاً ولكن المخالفين يزعمونه صحيحاً، وشرع لنا أن نتعامل معهم طبق فتواهم ونعدّه صحيحاً في حقّنا، مثل الطلاق والعدة والإرث وأمثال ذلك. أما انساب شيء إليهم وقد نسبوا هم إلى أنفسهم ولا يوجد دليل على بطلانه فلا إشكال فيه. نعم لو نسبوا إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وآله أو المعصومين عليه السلام ما لا يليق بهم فلا يجوز انتسابه إليهم عليهم السلام. https://alshirazi.org/news-item/23472
