Праздники принято отмечать с друзьями. В Петербург в День Ленинградской Победы приехали делегации из 37 стран и 50 регионов России. В том числе и тех, что помогали нашему городу выжить: принимали у себя эвакуированных, отправляли эшелоны с гуманитарными грузами.

Мы рады приветствовать наших дорогих ветеранов и представителей власти со всего мира. Их участие – свидетельство тому, что подвиг жителей и защитников блокадного Ленинграда не забыт. Что нас объединяют общие память, история и ценностные ориентиры.

Вместе с почетными гостями осмотрели экспозицию в «ЛЕНРЕЗЕРВЕ». Здесь представлено уникальное наследие Второй мировой войны. Инсталляция в виде блокадной улицы, военная техника, оружие, боевые знамена, фронтовые письма. Артефакты, от которых замирает сердце.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
