Почти 900 дней город на Неве сражался и победил!
Еще в самом начале 8 сентября 1941 года врагом было принято решение стереть с лица земли Ленинград. И жители за эти долгие дни прошли нечеловеческие испытания, но продолжали бороться и не сдались!

От имени депутатов Московской городской Думы поздравил жителей блокадного Ленинграда, участников Великой Отечественной войны с памятной датой полного снятия блокады и 80-летием Великой Победы!

Примите самые искренние слова уважения и низкий вам поклон за ваш подвиг!
Слава о нем пронесется сквозь бесконечность!
