1. Не содержит гарантий безопасности. 2. Касается расширенного списка украинских ресурсов, включая редкоземы, нефть и газ. 3. Из 5 человек управляющего фонда - 3 граждане США. 4. Американские представители имеют право вето. 5. Договор фактически бессрочный. Изменить его без разрешения США нельзя. 6. У США есть право первой ночи на любые инфраструктурные проекты на территории Украины. 7. США могут заблокировать продажу любых украинских ресурсов любой другой стране.
Собственно, США получают все чего хотят. Что называются, забирают все с потрохами. За это стоял майдан.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
