«Київтеплоенерго» змушене подавати в суд, щоб стягнути заборгованість із тих боржників, які роками ігнорують платіжки. Багато з них – власники елітного житла або кількох квартир, матеріальне становище яких дозволяє сплачувати комунальні послуги», – зазначають в компанії.
