Сегодня в Красноярске, в стенах МВДЦ «Сибирь» стартует форум «Современные системы безопасности – Антитеррор».

В рамках форума по традиции работают выставки технических средств и систем безопасности, обучающие площадки по пожарной безопасности, безопасности дорожного движения, оказанию медицинской помощи, личной безопасности, консультационные площадки от правоохранительных и контролирующих органов и площадки патриотического воспитания, а Сибирский федеральный университет в очередной раз проведёт молодёжную площадку #ЩИТ_Антитеррора.

The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
