کمتر کسی می‌داند که خانه یکی از همان‌هایی است که هوشنگ سیحون، معمار نام‌آشنای ایرانی و طراح بنای آرامگاه خیام، بوعلی‌سینا، فردوسی و کمال‌الملک آن را ساخته است. ساختمانی کوتاه قواره و خوش سیما در زمینی با مساحت حدود ۲۵۰۰ مترمربع با سطح اشغال حدود ۲۰۰ متری که حالا قرار است به جای آن یک برج ۲۵ طبقه ساخته شود.
