В Москве средняя стоимость съемного жилья за квартал выросла на 23%, до 115 тыс. руб. в месяц, а в Санкт-Петербурге — на 3%, до 57 тыс. руб. в месяц.
В нестоличных городах, по данным ДOМ.PФ, средние цены на аренду жилья в третьем квартале тоже выросли — на 7%, до 40 тыс. руб.
Кроме того, предложение на рынке аренды жилья в России продолжило снижаться уже второй квартал подряд — по итогам третьего показатель снизился на 6%, до 88 тыс. лотов.
Также интересно, что число объявлений о сдаче «однушек» за квартал сократилось на 15%, до 32,6 тыс., «двушек» — на 3%, до 29,2 тыс.
