Принятая в 3-м, окончательном чтении инициатива даёт возможность всем, кто принимал или принимает участие в нашей спецоперации воспользоваться процедурой банкротства во внесудебном порядке. Иными словами - списать долги в размере до 1 миллиона рублей бесплатно, с минимумом документов, просто обратившись в МФЦ. При этом хочу подчеркнуть, что все боевые выплаты при прохождении процедуры защищены и для выплаты долгов учитываться не будут.
Напомню, что механизм внесудебного банкротства был создан по поручению Президента в 2020 году для помощи добросовестным гражданам, которые оказались в трудной жизненной ситуации и не могут расплатиться с накопившимися долгами. С ноября 2023 года процедуру сделали более доступной, а границы списания долга были расширены.
