Исключения будут сделаны для сотрудников непрерывного производства, а также еще для некоторых категорий граждан. Жители старше 60 лет должны находиться на самоизоляции и не покидать места проживания.
"Нам всем придётся нелегко. У кого-то упадут доходы, сорвутся планы. Всё это очень важно и для каждого конкретного человека, и для предпринимателей — для всех нас. Но речь идёт о жизнях" — написал на своей странице "Вконтакте" глава региона Валентин Коновалов.

Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
