21 октября, в День дагестанской культуры и языков, учащиеся школ Хивского района написали диктант на родном языке. В рамках акции «Диктант на языках народов Дагестана» учащиеся Хивской, Межгюльской СОШ написали диктант на табасаранском языке, а старшеклассники Архитской и Цинитской школ-на лезгинском языке.
Задача образовательного диктанта – сохранение и развитие родных языков, изучение истории, традиций, культуры и обычаев народов Дагестана.

An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off.
