А ещё более опасен высотный дом с подземным паркингом, спроектированный вплотную к станции Тимур Башкаев (Timur Bashkaev) по программе реновации.
Предыдущая аварийная ситуация, напоминает депутат Мосгордумы Дмитрий Локтев, была при строительстве ТЦ Каледоскоп, до сих на своде видны следы ремонта.
