Вечером на пересечении Шараповского проезда с ул. Университетской царил редкостный беспорядок. На проезжей части произошло ДТП с участием двух автомобилей. Водители выставили знак и дожидались приезда ГИББД. А рядом пешеходы переходили дорогу на красный свет, осложняя ситуацию. В этом месте переход на красный стал обычным явлением.
