В первый день соревнований девушки определили сильнейших в четырех весовых категориях, мужчины - в трех. В весе до 52 килограммов у женщин серебряным призером стала Анна Буракова, в финале уступив Гюльтадж Мамедалиевой из Азербайджана. Кроме того Яна Макрецкая выиграла бронзу в категории до 63 кг.
