Суд в апелляции отменил приговор жителю Дагестана Шахбану Абакаргаджиеву
Вчера Верховный суд Республики Дагестан отменил приговор Шахбану Абакаргаджиеву и направил дело на новое рассмотрение в суд первой инстанции.
Напомним, что 8 ноября Хасавюртовский городской суд признал Абакаргаджиева виновным в распространении «фейков» об армии и приговорил его к 5 годам лишения свободы, заменив их на 3 года принудительных работ.
Причиной уголовного преследования Абакаргаджиева стал его пост в Instagram, в котором он резко осудил преступления, совершённые в Буче российскими военными. На суде Абакаргаджиев признал свою вину и пояснил, что скопировал этот текст из другого ресурса и опубликовал его в порыве гнева после того, как из Украины привезли его погибшего племянника.
