Согласно действующему законодательству, "сотрудникам ТЦК, или каким-либо другим лицам, не предусмотрена возможность после вручения повестки принудительно отвозить или каким-либо другим способом сопровождать людей в территориальные центры комплектования".
"Если представители ТЦК при вручении повестки совершают неправомерные принудительные действия в отношении военнообязанного, то нужно вызвать полицию на место, где происходят эти действия, и звонить в ДБР (Государственное бюро расследований)".
