ЛСР получил положительное заключение экспертизы по проекту строительства абстрактного небоскреба на ЗИЛе.

Архитектурный проект ЖК разработало бюро UNK.

Будущий комплекс состоит из 43-этажной башни и малоэтажных корпусов переменной этажности от 8 до 23 этажей. Общая площадь ЖК составит 66 519 м².

Фасадные решения небоскреба, судя по всему, основаны на творчестве Пита Мондриана. Так будущий фасад состоит из прямоугольников и квадратов, закрашенных локальными тонами «базовых цветов» для неопластицизма (красным, желтым, синим), и разделен контуром.

Комплекс будет построен на 33 участке проекта «Зиларт».
