Он пройдёт от посёлка Мехзавода в центр, до Соборной площади. Важное замечание, так как раньше 10 автобус ходил из Дашков на Московский. По сути, это перерождение автобуса № 9, который до 2011 года ходил из Дашков в центр, только новый 10 автобус поедет не на рынок, а до Соборной площади.
Выпуск на линию составит 1 машину, расписание пока не опубликовано.
