Позавчера подписан принятый ГД 11 июня и одобренный СФ 18 июня закон «О внесении изменений в градостроительный кодекс и статью 32.1 жилищного кодекса».
Если коротко, то "узаконили" следующее: при комплексном развитии территорий (КРТ) в Москве, Санкт-Петербурге и Севастополе жителям сносимых домов новые квартиры теперь будут предоставляться не в пределах района, а В ПРЕДЕЛАХ ГОРОДА.Более того:
… документ касается переселения из ветхого и аварийного жилья.
… закон вводит возможность для регионов установить добровольный порядок включения домов в программы КРТ в указанных городах. Вместо автоматического включения целых кварталов, жители таких домов смогут сами инициировать общее собрание и принять решение о вхождении в программу.
Давайте подумаем, где же земля самая дорогая, и где дома будут признаваться ветхими и аварийными, с последующим выселением на задворки? Правильно подумали. И если у кого еще остались иллюзии про права собственности, так это лишнее. #крт @tbcc_renovation

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
