Как мы понимаем, человек несмотря на то, что находился под следствием и обвинялся в совершении уголовного преступления он был назначен на муниципальную должность, и опять несмотря на то, что был признан виновным, но освобождён от ответственности по нереабилитирующим основаниям продолжает занимать должность первого заместителя главы района. У них в районе прокуратуры видимо нет
Интересно это разовая акция была или другие тоже могут на такое расчитывать?
