Путь это в один конец, ведь жадность никогда не была качественным мотиватором для чего бы то ни было. В итоге Москва получает армию без морали, аморфного избирателя, а потенциально и маргинальные семьи.
Ну и сразу понятно отношение власти к обычным людям.
