Для меня походы - это в первую очередь переключение головы. Жизнь в походе имеет совсем другой уклад. Вы приспосабливаетесь к необычным условиям, учитесь наслаждаться простыми вещами.
Мне кажется, что такое переключение улучшает умственные способности и позволяет получить лучшие результаты в работе.
