Экс-замминистра здравоохранения Самарской области внесён в реестр уволенных в связи с утратой доверия

Асланбек Майрамукаев внесён в федеральный реестр госслужащих, уволенных в связи с утратой доверия.

Основанием для увольнения (прекращения полномочий) в связи с утратой доверия является совершение коррупционного правонарушения (часть 1 статьи 10, части 1 и 2 статьи 11 Федерального закона от 25 декабря 2008 г. № 273-ФЗ «О противодействии коррупции»).

На 29 декабря 2023 года, в реестре числятся 4106 человек, около 100 из них – из Самарской области.

Напомним, что Асланбек Майрамукаев был арестован в августе 2023 года. По версии следствия, чиновник причастен к закупке дорогостоящего оборудования для больницы Середавина без торгов по завышенной цене.
