Служба государственного строительного надзора и экспертизы Петербурга аннулировала разрешение на строительство комплекса апартаментов на месте бывшего дома отдыха "Комарово" (ул. Отдыха, 6), выданное в 2023 году ООО "Комарово Девелопмент" (владелец с мая прошлого года — Дмитрий Криштанович).
Компания планировала возведение на 2,6 га апарт–отеля из восьми трёх– и четырёхэтажных корпусов с подземными паркингами общей площадью 11 тыс. м2.

Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
