Видимо, эта картинка очень понравилась доморощенным гостехорощенным "стратегам". И, похоже, "стратегизаторам" неведомо, что такая конструкция давно известна и в народе носит название "Инь, Янь и Хрень". Вот только Иня и Яня я уже в просмотренных презах не нашел - сплошная Хрень. Ну, и "иерархия целей и задач" в форме Иня-Яня-Хреня - это отдельный шедевр мыслетворчества

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
