В 2023 году количество закрытых коммерческих предприятий уменьшилось по сравнению с 2022 годом на 9,3%, до 254 тыс. – это рекордно низкий показатель за прошедшие 8 лет, подсчитала FinExpertiza. Численность же открытых компаний почти не изменилась, составив 242,5 тыс., и впервые за последние годы практически уравнялась с ликвидированными.
Примерно в трети с лишним регионах компании чаще открывались, чем закрывались. Особенно заметный прирост предприятий наблюдался в Москве (+18,2 тыс.), Подмосковье (+4,8 тыс.), Ленобласти (+1,9 тыс.), ДНР (+1,3 тыс.), Приморье (+712).
Однако в большинстве регионов бизнес все-таки чаще закрывался. Наибольшая убыль компаний произошла в Санкт-Петербурге (–7,7 тыс.), Самарской области (–6,1 тыс.), Татарстане (–3,3 тыс.), Краснодарском крае (–2,5 тыс.), Новосибирской области (–2,3 тыс.).

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
