🔹علاءالدین رفیع‌زاده، رئیس سازمان اداری و استخدامی کشور امروز ۲۵ فروردین‌ماه در «همایش سرمایه انسانی پیشران تولید دفاعی» ضمن تبریک روز ملی منابع انسانی، بر لزوم بازنگری و استانداردسازی زیرسیستم‌های منابع انسانی شامل جذب، نگهداشت، آموزش، ارزیابی و ارتقا تأکید کرد.
🔹معاون رئیس‌جمهور گفت: در ادبیات مرتبط با نظام جبران خدمت، پرداخت مبتنی بر عملکرد، یک مقوله مهم است و اگر بتوانیم مولفه‌های انگیزشی را مبتنی بر عملکرد پرداخت کنیم، برای کارمندان انگیزه ایجاد می‌کنیم.

Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
