The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
