🇷🇺🇫🇷Наша делегация продолжает работу в Париже на площадке 10-й сессии Конференции сторон Международной конвенции ЮНЕСКО о борьбе с допингом в спорте. Сегодня обсуждаем текущую повестку.

Россия является полноправным членом антидопингового движения и полностью разделяет и антидопинговую Конвенцию ООН, и Кодекс Всемирного антидопингового агентства.

Провел десятки встреч и переговоров на ногах. Со многими увидимся уже через 2 недели в Самаре на Международном форуме «Россия – спортивная держава».

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
