اعتراض بر سر این نیست که توِ دولت چرا مالیات، گمرکی، … می‌گیری، نقض مالکیّت می‌کنی، با انحصار پولی و امنیّتی و صنعتی و … حلال و حرام رو آمیخته می‌کنی و مفت‌خور رو مفت‌خورتر و ناکارآمد رو ناکارآمدتر می‌کنی و …، بلکه بر سر اینه که چرا مثلاً از الف می‌گیری میدی به ب؛ نمی‌دیش به ج!!
یعنی طرفین نزاع (توده و دولت) بر سر دزدی و ظلم و حرام‌خوری و غصب و مفت‌بری و تلکه‌کردن و … با روکشی به نام قانون پارلمانی با هم اختلافی ندارند؛ بر سر این‌که کی بخوره و بچاپّه دعوا دارن.
در این نزاع هم گاهی بر سر شکار کنار میان، گاهی هم میزنن همو لت و پار میکنن.
