- والثالث : امتحان الحرّيّة ؛ ليمتاز من المتمرّد من المنقاد ، وأهل الطاعة من أهل العناد ، فالدار دار امتحان ، والذهب يُجَرّب بالذّوبان ، والعبد الصالح بالابتلاء والهوان .
- والرابع : إظهار آثار كُلْفة الطاعة على قدر الطاقة ﴿لَا یُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفۡسًا إِلَّا وُسۡعَهَاۚ﴾ ، وكذا التيسير ورفع المشقّة عن العباد برعاية المصالح ﴿مَا یُرِیدُ ٱللَّهُ لِیَجۡعَلَ عَلَیۡكُم مِّنۡ حَرَجࣲ﴾ .
- ثم اعلم أن نزول المنسوخ بمكة كثير ، ونزول الناسخ بالمدينة كثير ، قاله الشيخ هبة الله ، وكذا الإمام ابن حزم ، وليس في أم القرآن شيئًا من ذلك .
