У мемориала Вечная Слава в Ставрополе возложил цветы к Вечному огню. Каждый год ставропольцы приходят сюда 9 Мая, чтобы почтить память героев, которые 80 лет назад выстояли под натиском врага и одержали Великую Победу.

Более 320 тысяч наших земляков отправились на фронт в годы Великой Отечественной войны. Более половины из них не вернулись домой. Эта память и благодарность военному поколению, ветеранам всегда будут с нами. Мы помним и гордимся. С Днем Победы!

Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
