بنیامین نتانیاهو، نخست‌وزیر اسرائیل، روز پنج‌شنبه پس از دیدار با مارکو روبیو، وزیر خارجه آمریکا اعلام کرد که اسرائیل در حال همکاری برای رفع برخی مشکلات توافق غزه است.
او افزود: «اکنون در آستانه روزهای سرنوشت‌سازی قرار داریم. ما می‌خواهیم صلح را پیش ببریم. هنوز با چالش‌های امنیتی روبه‌رو هستیم، اما فکر می‌کنم می‌توانیم با همکاری یکدیگر هم این چالش‌ها را پشت سر بگذاریم و هم از فرصت‌ها بهره ببریم.»
مارکو روبیو پس از دیدار با بنیامین نتانیاهو گفت دونالد ترامپ به تثبیت توافق غزه اولویت بالایی می‌دهد.
