🔹تیاندی یک تولیدکننده‌ی چینی در زمینه فناوری‌های نظارت تصویری است که بر اساس آگهی‌های روزنامه‌های رسمی در ایران، از سال ۱۳۸۵ کار خود را در ایران آغاز کرده است.
🔺آگهی تاسیس این شرکت نشان می‌دهد که هیات موسس آن را فرزاد نوری، به عنوان مدیرعامل، و فردی به نام بابک میرسعید قاضی تشکیل می‌دهند. پیشینه کاری بابک میرسعید قاضی نشان می‌دهد که او روابط گسترده‌ای با نهادهای مختلف رژیم دارد.
🔸این نهادها شامل بخش‌های مختلف سپاه پاسداران، از جمله ستاد مشترک و نیروی دریایی، نهادهای دولتی، بانک‌ها، و بنیادهایی مانند ستاد اجرایی فرمان امام و آستان قدس رضوی می‌شوند. این بنیادها و نهادها مستقیما زیر نظر رهبری جمهوری اسلامی اداره می‌شوند.

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
