Военный суд приговорил 63-летнего Сергея Талтыкина к двум с половиной годам колонии по делу об «оправдании терроризма» из-за постов о войне в Украине, сообщает пресс-служба суда.
По версии суда, Талтыкин опубликовал в телеграме якобы призывы к «насильственным действиям против граждан России» и к «оказанию моральной и финансовой помощи ВСУ».
Также военный должен выплатить 300 тысяч рублей штрафа. Кроме того, его лишили воинских званий «старший лейтенант», «капитан юстиции» и «майор внутренней службы».
