Речь идет о Законопроекте № 467032-8 «О внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты Российской Федерации в целях обеспечения прав граждан при комплексном развитии территорий (уточнение положений в части защиты жилищных прав граждан при реализации проектов КРТ)».
Поправки уже внесены и он будет рассмотрен Госдумой на следующей неделе.
Добавим, что по общему правилу новое жилье будет предоставляться внутри того же внутригородского муниципального образования.
А для Москвы, Санкт-Петербурга и Севастополя предусмотрено право своими законами определять требования к местоположению дома, в котором могут предоставляться квартиры вместо жилья, изымаемого по КРТ.
