🤩Изучив сложный и довольно противоречивый градостроительный контекст, мы должны были разработать модель инновационного жилого района, совмещающего достоинства активного городского центра, высокую транспортную обеспеченность и экологическую ориентированность. Учитывая застройку, примыкающую к нашей площадке с юга и юго-востока под разными углами, важно было выстроить систему главных осей, объединяющую весь это район левобережья в единую градостроительную ткань, «текущую» из глубины застройки к живописному берегу Иртыша.
