Образовательная программа «Лидеры изменений» для актива Российского союза сельской молодежи прошла в круглогодичном молодежном образовательном центре Молодежная станица «Дон» в Ростове-на-Дону.Важно, что программа строилась на запросах молодых специалистов, которые ежедневно работают на местах и развивают сельское хозяйство в нашей стране.
Более 200 участников повышали квалификацию и развивали надпрофессиональные навыки в деловых играх, проектной работе, тренингах и мастер-классах, чтобы повысить эффективность организации работы местных отделений РССМ.
