Это оупен-сорсный софт для перевода речи. Под капотом Whisper и несколько переводчиков на выбор, в частности есть Google Translate.
Можно переводить в реальном времени, например открыть видео на Youtube, а в приложении создать полупрозрачное окно субтитров. Но мне этот вариант не особо зашел, потому что при добавлении новых слов иногда меняется текст перевода и верстка съезжает. Но можно просто загрузить целое видео и на выходе получить файл субтитров, причем даже с выделением цветом текущего произносимого слова. И то польское видео я перевел за десять минут. "Б" - будущее.
