В ближайшие пять лет ведомство намерено построить более 2 тыс. объектов водоснабжения и улучшить коммунальные услуги для 20 млн человек.
Однако эксперты сомневаются в реалистичности таких планов: отрасль ЖКХ остается непрозрачной и отпугивает даже российских инвесторов.
