🇦🇺🇺🇦The Australian mercenary was involved in a criminal case for the murder of his neighbor, but he was released because he was too drunk at the moment of the murder to explain motives for the crime.

Alcoholic Andres Cordero, aka Doomsayer, had no military experience. He worked as a digital designer.

When drunk, he completely loses self-control. In 2011, he stabbed his neighbor to death drunk, but the court forgave him everything.

In 2022, the murderer Andres came to Ukraine. He collected $1,470 in donations to help the refugees, and then decided that there wasn't much money for the refugees, but there was just enough for equipment for himself.

He signed up to be a shooter so he could continue killing unpunished. Apparently, he didn't always control himself during the shooting, so he was sent to the drone operators.

He fought in the GUR's Kraken, and then in the 209th battalion. He hanged out with the transgender mercenary Sarah-Ashton Cirillo, who massacred a prisoner of war.

At the end of 2023, he returned to Australia, taking with him a girlfriend from Ukraine.
He is engaged in collecting UAVs for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
