Провёл совещание с членами правительства и военным комиссаром Нижегородской области, а затем комиссию по мобилизации и совещание с главами муниципалитетов. Всё необходимое содействие военным комиссариатам будет оказано, положения Указа Президента будут выполнены. При этом наша задача - обеспечить бесперебойное функционирование стратегических объектов и предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса, жизнеобеспечение региона, работу социальной сферы.
Также необходимо учитывать индивидуальные жизненные ситуации людей. Прошу волонтёров, а также социальных работников подключиться к решению срочных вопросов, связанных с текущими жизненными потребностями семей мобилизованных. Прошу глав и муниципальные штабы взять это на контроль! Кроме того, ситуация обязывает сейчас быть на местах всех ответственных и отказаться от командировок и отпусков, это касается глав районов, руководителей предприятий, министерств и ведомств.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War."
