المسألة غير واضحة، كأن الفتيا واحدة أن يتخلص من المرق!؟
أجاب الشيخ أحمد الجهني/ بينهما فرق وصورة المسألة في طير وقع في قدر، وفيه لحم ومرق. وجواب الخلال فيه أن المسألة لها حالتان الأولى: إذا كان القدر يغلي، فهنا يريق المرق واللحم يصبح نجسًا أيضًا؛ لأنه يجتذب ويتشرب النجاسة. والحالة الثانية: إذا كان القدر لا يغلي فالمرق ينجس، واللحم يغسله بماء طهور ويكون طاهرًا.
